It's time to pass my Quest Analytics CEO hat

After an incredible eight years at BetterDoctor and Quest Analytics, it’s time to pass my CEO hat and move on to a board role.

For me, leading BetterDoctor and Quest Analytics have never been work, but a personal vendetta to build a better healthcare system. Tapio and I founded BetterDoctor on a simple premise: “help everyone access the right care when they need help.” Our initial goal was to help a million Americans. 2018 merger with Quest Analytics and GeoAccess supercharged our impact, and we power doctor networks accessed by more than 200 million Americans each year. I want to thank the dedicated 140 Questers whose tireless work has made this possible. I also want to thank my family and everyone else who has participated in this fantastic journey.

Over the last 24 months, we have successfully integrated three companies under one Quest Analytics umbrella, and our business is doing great. We are profitable, and we have a crisp future vision and line of sight to become a $100M revenue company. It's the right time for me to step aside and pass the hat to a new leader who will take Quest Analytics to the next level and continue the fight for access to better care for all.

Many people will ask me what next? I look forward to supporting Quest Analytics in my board role. I also plan to start a new company in 2020, but first, I’ll take a few months off to travel and play with my family.
