Quest Analytics new HQ in Kansas City
New Kansas City HQ is a major milestone for Quest Analytics.
Today Quest operates four offices in Appleton Wisconsin, Kansas City, San Diego and San Francisco. We also have a growing group of remote employees around the country. On top of our 140 Questers we have full time provider support teams in San Antonio Texas and in Manila Philippines.
At times this may feel a bit chaotic. To make our employee life easier we have and will continue to invest in tools that connect us and make remote collaboration as effective as face to face work. Zoom, slack and Quest Hub are critical tools that we all use daily.
If remote work is the future, why did we invest in this new beautiful office? There are three reasons why having a physical hub is critical for our future long term success:
Company culture is the glue that holds everything together. This office will be the hub of Quest culture.
Quest is nothing without our great people. We want to ensure Quest future growth by becoming the most sought after employer in the KC area
Physical hub helps bring people together. This office will be the center for on-boarding new employees as well as team and board meetings.
Why did we end up selecting Kansas and specifically Overland Park? The leadership team defined following selection criteria:
Great talent pool to grow the team
Good quality of life and cost of living
Central location with good travel options
We looked at Kansas City, Denver, Salt Lake City and Austin, but in the end Kansas City was the clear winner. Decision was easy as Kansas City was already the original Hub for Quest and we had a very experienced team in place.
